Still Winning: Providence Golf and Country Club Community is Recognized with Three Awards at the Orlando Parade of Homes
Orlando, Fla (May 1, 2016) — The Greater Orlando Builders Association concluded its annual Parade of Homes event for the regional real estate industry with a banquet announcing this year’s winners on April 21st. Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development Company, was in attendance to accept three trophies for the company’s community development and custom home building at Providence Golf and Country Club Community, located just southwest of metro Orlando.
ABD Development was recognized with Awards of Merit in the following three categories:
- Community Development (Providence Golf and Country Club Community in Davenport, Florida)
- Single Family Home under $300k (The Elgin golf cottage at Sherbrook Springs neighborhood in Providence)
- Single Family Home between $700-$740k (The Courtyard model with pool at Heritage Green neighborhood in Providence)
“The judges found something compelling about all three of our entries at the Parade of Homes Orlando this year and we truly appreciate being recognized,” said Yuval Botansky. “Our trophy shelf is getting crowded after over two decades of awards bestowed upon our communities including Providence, Vizcaya, Windsor Landing, and Toscana Palm Coast, which also recently received a 2016 Flagler Parade of Homes prize for the Wyndham V model.”
Aside from the quality design and craftsmanship of the models the established builder entered in the competitions, it becomes clear that ABD is absolutely the best-value custom home builder in Central Florida hands down. New homes are priced starting at just $125 per square foot (excluding land cost) and home ownership fees at Providence and Toscana are the lowest in the area (no CDD fees, no mandatory club dues, low HOA – yet an abundance of amenities and activities for new home buyers).
2016 was the first time the Elgin cottage model at Sherbrook Springs was entered into the Parade of Homes Orlando as a contender. Last year the Newton golf cottage debuted, enabling judges and Parade of Homes participants to experience this golf cottage neighborhood for the first time. Sherbrook Springs’ home sites overlook the greenery of the Providence golf course and enjoy wooded blue water views. What becomes immediately apparent is that the Sherbrook Springs golf cottages at Providence have a high end custom home feel for under $300k.
The extraordinary Courtyard V home example, of ABD’s series of Courtyard models winning and wowing since 1997, had some beautiful touches including a gas fireplace and tiled staircase ascending to the second floor. As always, this home showcases the pinnacle of serene luxury with its opulent pool and spa nestled within over 500 square feet of private courtyard space. The uniquely built kitchen shows bright with shellstone tile floors, white quartz countertops, and white on white custom cabinets. All of the models at Providence are open seven days a week, 10-6 PM.
ABD’s gated golfer’s community of Providence in Davenport, Polk County has been recognized with top awards for Community Development from the Parade of Homes Orlando judges for many years. This exemplary record is attributed to the standards for which ABD is known, and will continue to impress new home buyers while satisfying existing residents of Providence.
