ABD New Direction in Luxury Building Corresponds with Four More Awards at Parade of Homes Orlando
The Parade of Homes Orlando 2024 winners were announced at a celebratory banquet on June 20th.
The stars came out in the Sunshine State for the Parade of Homes Orlando 2024 awards banquet by Greater Orlando Builders Association on June 20th. It was a great night for ABD Development Company and Providence Golf Club Community with the team accepting four awards including the Grand Award for Community.
ABD Development Company was thrilled to add four more trophies to its shelves: Merit Award for the Custom Courtyard, First Place Awards for the Aspen Estate and Providence as a community, and Grand Award for Providence as a community.
“Why do we so often receive the Grand Award for Providence? Just southwest of Orlando, you will find beautiful golf club resort neighborhoods that make up our planned community. This gated luxury community offers the best lifestyle that Central Florida has to offer, with easy access to Walt Disney World and other amusement parks,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development Company.
The just completed Aspen Estate model had already impressed the Parade of Homes Orlando judges as it was rewarded with its first Blue Ribbon Award for the extraordinary two-story entryway. It was then given the First Place Parade of Homes 2024 Award in the category of Single Family Homes $1.1 million-$1.3 million. This is the first contemporary model in ABD’s highly anticipated Hampton Green neighborhood.
It was an auspicious event for the custom builder as it unveiled the new Hampton Green neighborhood in Providence’s Phase Two.
Not to be outdone, the Custom Courtyard model in Providence also received another Parade of Homes 2024 trophy in the category of Custom Homes $1.5 million-$1.9 million. The ABD team also visited the stage again at the banquet to accept the First Place Award for Providence in the category of Planned Community Over 1,000 Home Sites. When the Grand Award was later announced for ABD and Providence, it was time to celebrate!
The Providence Golf Club Community, with its low HOAs and no CDDs, has set the standard for gated luxury living in Central Florida for over two decades.
